I had a few friends over Friday night for the Olympic opening ceremonies. I love the Olympics! I will not get much sleep over the next two weeks staying up to watch all of the action.
I had to laugh Saturday while watching the ski jumping portion of the Nordic Combined. The announcer referred to one guy as the Gentle Giant. He's 6'2"! Apparently ski jumpers aren't usually very tall. Maybe it's hard to keep the long arms and legs going in the same direction...
